Clarification needed on the news letter

Post by bathuu » Sat Jan 01, 2011 10:57 am

Hi Exetel,

First of all happy new year to you.
I have received customer news letter saying that all customers on old plans should switch to new plans, otherwise we get charged extra per month. Currently, I'm on ONA naked ADSL plan and about 2 months ago I changed to it from my previous old plan. So I'm now just wondering that my current ONA plan will be viewed as old plan and do I have to change it again according to this news letter? Because I don't find this plan in current offers from Exetel. Can you clarify for me this please? Thank you

Tim

Is this referring to mobile plans or all plans including ADSL? The news letter is not clear at all.

I found new thread here viewtopic.php?f=4&t=37427 and it looks like I'm safe /not subject to $10 extra charge/until October 2011, since my ONA plan started October 2010.
