First off thank you Dazzled - to clarify; I have experienced problems with both the Belkin N1 Vision and the Netcomm NB9WMAXXn since changing over to the new plan. The reason we prefer using the Belkin is the design of the thing - I like having a clock where the router lives and being able to point to my son's IP and show him with no fuss that it is his IP that has been using the most downloads over the past 24 hours is quite the bonus. ;) (Yes I can do this with an app but it is so hard for him to argue with the Belkin lol )

Anyway; I have emailed residential support and they emailed back to ask me to isolate the line ( yes I had done an isolation test prior to emailing them ) since then I have heard nothing. This was yesterday afternoon and so far I have had no word.
I also received an email from them regarding my inability to manage the new wireline number; they let me know they had forwarded the ticket to the correct department with no further word. If anyone has the time to look into support ticket number 3644895 I would appreciate it please. It is my husbands birthday tomorrow and I think it would be great for him to be able to receive phone calls ( The VoIP service has been kaput since November so having the pstn back seemed like a great idea at the time )

BTW - without any peripherals attached to the line I can on the VERY odd ocassion through the day get a speed of up to 2.5-3 Mpbs down - ping is worse though at 55 rather than 40. The service was far better prior to the changeover still.

I switched over to OCV200. My wireline shows active under my services section, I can make and receive calls. But I didnt receive any correspondence related to PSTN getting activated and under change service status it still shows the new plan as pending.

What should I do? Submit a ticket to residential support team?

Thanks
Opened a ticket, got a respond that provisioning will contact me in 24 hours, it s been more 4 days and nothing yet.

My voip, wireline usages are not getting updated, cant log into setting of wireline cause it shows my old naked dsl's phoen number, and the plan change status is still pending....

Any help ???

Same here, except I emailed via User Facility Support. Could an update be provided in this thread when available?

Hi notoriousft

Your PSTN service has been activated. I will also investigate as to why you did not receive a completion advice for your wire-line service. Secure member's facility has been having some technical issues in updating the new wire-line details for most of the customers who went through this process.

The good news is that this should be fixed by Close of Business Wednesday. Hope this has not caused much inconvenience to you.
