ok so i'm probably just being hasty and this will change once the day officially kicks off, it's only 6:45, but my new plan started today, off to a rocky start with me going over last month, i awoke to a blocked page then my old plan greeting me on my main page, so i was confused, thought i'd let it be for a while checked it an hour ago to see my new OCV200 plan in place but noticed that i have peak/offpeak still, i was told i'd be getting 200gb to use whenever through out the month, like i said i'm probably just being hasty, but can someone confirm/deny peak/offpeak is still in effect and when/if there will be a change.
if peak/offpeak will be permanent i'd have a few quarrels with that because it's not what i signed up for.
but i won't rush to judgment, be back at luch time to see whats what.
OCV200 peak / off peak ?
Re: OCV200 peak / off peak ?
as the op has posted, the same thing appeared on my account. im confused as well, maybe its the 1st day and it will get sorted by the end of business hours? anyways, it shows peak and off peak, my understanding and the plan outline was 200gb to use anytime throughout the month.
can anyone elaborate on this...

Re: OCV200 peak / off peak ?
I am not complaining - my off peak period shows as being from 4 am to 2 pm but it says the limit is 0 GB. On the previous plan my off peak period was from 12 - 12 but the off peak was unlimited and it showed up as 0 GB as well. If my 200GB is to be used from 2 pm to 4 am and the off peak is unlimited I think that is fine
I agree though - it is probably just first day tweaking issues

It will take time for the new code to 'settle down'.
Don't worry.

The Peak/Off-peak distinction has been removed from the User's Home Page, however, the Monthly Progress graph is only updating for data downloaded but not day of the month... it is still showing as 1 / 28 (4%) for February.

The display in non-Exetel issued usage meters was raised this morning at viewtopic.php?f=303&t=37643
