Get it fixed or you might have alot of customers abandoning your ship and getting better speeds elsewhere,
as it looks like a lot of others are getting the same crap that I have done to satisfy your so called techs :oops: :oops:
and nothing being done, just false promises
I have assigned an engineer to re-raise your issue to supplier so that we can see what's going on?

I will keep an eye on this to see the progress.
