very low speed issue on ADSL 8M.

Hi, I got a very low speed issue on ADSL 8M plan. I test on both speedtest.net and exetel test, results are as follows:

Speedtest.net: download speed: 0.72Mbps, upload speed: 0.21 Mbps

exetel test: 901.60kbps

can you help?

Have you tested the speeds in isolation?
with only the modem connected directly to the first main wall socket with out the line filter?

The isolation test result are as follows:

Speedtest: download speed 1.10Mbps, upload speed 0.29Mbps

exetel test: 1.4Mbps

ps. the low speed lasted for several weeks.
