Browsing is very slow again, impossible to login to hotmail.com for example.

Any idea what the issue is?

Is it possible to provide a trace-route for a particular website so we could investigate this further.

When this problem is present, a tracert times out at my local gateway - i.e. nothing comes back from the Exetel network.

Is it the same MTU issue, or something else? Is the problem still occurring?

Can you please send me your WAN IP address so I can determine which ingress/egress path your packets are taking from our network.

This was due to a MTU issue between two of our core devices, after migrating Optus ADSL2 customers to our new link.

This issue was fixed at around 8:30PM, 05/07/2011.

Please contact our support if you have further issue.
