ADSL cannot authenticate in NSW.

Hi,
in the last 30 minutes our connection dropped. The modem says authentication failed, even after a reboot.
Your network status page reports current problems in PoP for NSW, but no more details.
Can you please provide an update and let us know what's happening and what is the eta for a solution?

Same here Dan. Auth Failure ticket logged alread.

Appears to be issues with HSPA also.

My connection has dropped though I can't confirm the cause remotely. Phone support has a recorded message saying that Exetel are currently experiencing an outage in NSW and engineers are looking into it. There is no estimated time for fixing.

We are investigating the issue at the moment , however there is no ETR as yet
