There is a small change of date for the resolution. Your issue should be fixed on or before 18/10/2011 :)

There is a small change of date for the resolution. Your issue should be fixed on or before 18/10/2011 :)
These changes have now been completed. However, I have tested your connection and could see high latency.

Success rate is 100 percent (100/100), round-trip min/avg/max = 92/185/880 ms

Hence, the matter has been re-escalated with our wholesale supplier for further investigations. We will be following up the matter via the reference 4451306.

Thanks for that! I was getting real good speeds this morning at 1.3 mbps. I was surprised when i got on after 16:00 and speeds were pretty dismal after that.
From that perspective nothing much has changed as i've been consistently getting good speeds in the mornings and early afternoons. it's only after 16:00 that the speeds slow down pretty dramatically and then it's just horrendous until morning the next day.
Looking forward to hearing back from you guys soon!

We received your test results and now the issue is under investigation with our supplier end. Will update you ASAP. :)

According to our supplier, some of the values are not within specification, therefore there will be a technician working on this case on or before 25/10 by close of business, we will keep you posted as soon as we have an update.

never would have guessed that the sydney morning herald website has so much data!

at 0.09mbps, it takes almost 5 minutes to load up!

my speed issue was supposed to have been fixed on 11/10/2011, then 18/10/2011, then 25/10/2011, then 18/11/2011. it's starting to feel like a long trip down an extensive garden path...
