Extremely Slow Download Speed 6PM onward

Hi, i lodged a ticket, is there any reason why past 6pm most days I get 20-30KB's download speeds?

for reference i'm at the morisset exchange

The staff will investigate the ticket for you, but the cynics will have already noticed that you have a Telstra Wholesale only exchange, with RIMS and CMUXs extending its reach as Morrisset developed. Test your ping times only as far as an Exetel server to get an idea if time-of-day congestion exists in the exchange or backhaul.
