Download Peak Times

Post by Bowersub » Wed Oct 12, 2011 5:43 am

I've noticed a few heavy days on my download. Now one or two I can explain, but perhaps I've just been spending too much time on youtube. But is there any chance that the peak/offpeak times are screwed up due to daylight savings time? I've my downloads set to happen during offpeak, but still had a few days where I've gone well past 1gb of traffic and I'm not sure why.

Perhaps I should just turn my router off and focus on uni work for a few days? Haha.

But thought I'd ask the question to make sure --- I know how simple Daylight Savings can screw up things.

I have checked your usage and it is properly calculated according to the Daylight saying time. :)

Cheers.

I know one day I went a bit overboard (3.5gb in one day?! My bad! Haha), but the others I couldn't recall doing anything too much. Must've just been too much time procrastinating on Youtube.

Cheers for looking into it, regardless.
