Hi Kavinda,

On Saturday connected the modem directly to wall socket, no any other devices or even sockets.
The cable length is exactly two meters.
Connection speed from ~11:00 am Sat to ~20:00 pm Sat was ~2900kbps
At 20:00 pm Sat have rebooted the modem. Connection speed was ~2600 kbps
Sun morning have rebooted modem again. Speed was ~2200 kbps
No any dropouts was notised, but speed not very high.

I have done some tests as requested. Here are the results, very poor considering I used to get about 380 to 400kbps.

BTW: I did these in isolation mode.

Hi Ivan,
Got your feedback through the service issue ticket as well. I need to check for any updates from the supplier end and will update you through the same email. As we have reported a dropout issue it seems they have now fixed that. However will check for the latest updates and let you know today by emailing through the same ticket. :)

All done and test completed. You may plug the devices back. Will update you through the same email ticket once investigate the test results.

Need to reraise the issue. Long heavy rains are back -speed dissolved.
Currently I have

As per the telephone conversation we had, I have done few changes to the connection. Therefore please monitor the speed further and let us know the outcome.

Hi Stevec,

As we discussed I did some connection speed monitoring.
First (about) half hour the connection was awful. Droped every 5-10 mins. Speed around 1000-1300kbps.
After this time the connection settled around 400kbps and quite stable.

To be honest I am not very happy about speed but it is better than was about midday.
