Trying to Change to A1 Plan

Post by thecraw » Wed Apr 25, 2012 8:24 am

I would like to change to the A1 plan from my current TCV20-REGION-50plan.

I tried the qualification test for AAPT from the Exetel website with my ADSL number and it is *available.*

I could not find any option in my member facilities to change to this plan.

Support said I can only change to plans in my member facility..... yet I qualify for the AAPT plan.

Is it an error that these aapt plans are not available in my member facilities, should they be?

Plan changes from Telstra to AAPT Network currently isn't available. If you could kindly send an email to residentialsales@exetel.com.au stating your service number, we can check if there's anything we can do for you.
