Cannot change IP address

Whenever I try to change my IP address I get the following message in the User Area.
Your Account IP details cannot be changed at the moment. Please try again soon or contact Exetel support.
Is there a problem?

This has now been rectified. IP change feature is now working for you.

I have the same problem. This has been going on for a while now.

"Your Account IP details cannot be changed at the moment. Please try again soon or contact Exetel support."

I will be able to get this issue resolved. Do you wish to reset your IP? I will be able to get both done simultaneously if you could confirm this.

The issue has been fixed by our Development Team, you should now be able to change your IP address from the Exetel Member's Facility. Please let me know if any further issues persist.
