ADSL plan change Telstra to AAPT

ADSL plan change Telstra to AAPT

My members facilities is showing a plan change option from my existing Telstra ADSL2 plan to an AAPT ADSL2 plan.

However, when I look at adsl2exchanges.com.au, it shows the exchange only has Telstra DSLAMs.

Are there really AAPT DSLAMS in MERE?
Or is the AAPT service provisioned using the Telstra DSLAMs?
Or should Exetel not be offering me a plan change that can't be provisioned?
