Connection drop outs
Connection drop outs
For the past 2 days the Internet has been disconnecting randomly, is there anyone else experiencing these issues around the illawarra?
Also could it possibly be the line causing the problems, or the modem?

Just checked my Radius logons and there have been 10 since 11:41 this morning, something is amiss again as I normally have a VERY stable connection B

I have run a line test and I couldn't see any issues with it, however I have done a port reset to the connection. Therefore could you please connect the modem directly to the wall socket and monitor the service further.

Thank you stevecJ for your input, there have now been 13 drops since 11:41 this morning, I guess at least one of them was your resetting of the port. I will continue to monitor the drops, I hope it stays stable now as I have a big talk session with UK scheduled for this evening.

I checked the service now and it appears to be stable for more than 1 hour now, hope it would continue that say

Contacted the engineer earlier and he tested the line and what not, just had another drop out... PPP light on the modem drops out then reconnects again in 3 minutes.
Also my father said a man from Telstra was at the box infront of the house today so i think that could be causing an issue....

I've had issues here all day too (WOL).
Got disconnected about 30 mins ago and can't get back on.
Anyone able to assist?
Modem is plugged directly into the wall. No phones or additional equipment on the line.

It appears that we have done few changers to the connection from our end, so please monitor it bit further.
If the dropouts continue, kindly reply the email which we have sent with the relevant details so we could investigate the issue further.

Terrible connection for the last couple of weeks. Drop outs all the time.
Right now cannot connect at all, authentication failure.
Good to know its not just me, BTW, Warilla exchange as well.
