Painfully slow speeds today

My connection has slowed to a crawl. Modem still syncs at the appropriate speed - 12000/800

We did a port reset to your connection please reboot your modem and confirm service.

DSL light is flashing and connection wont sync. I've already done the 'turn off modem for 20 mins' as well to no avail.

There was an error and it is fixed now. Can you reboot now and check
