Application for moving

Hi,

I applied to move my ADSL service a week or two ago. The relocation status has not changed however, I was wondering if someone could either confirm or deny whether it went through so I could resubmit it if need be.

Hi,

I cannot see a relocation request for this service , you will have to re-submit a new re-location through the members facilities .

I tried to apply again. Once I check the boxes for the agreements and enter my address and hit search, all I get is a page telling me to check the status page. The status page has not change. I've tried multiple browsers too.

Am I doing something wrong?
