Very slow ADSL2 connection!

Hi. My ADSL2 connection is at 800kbs/s [has been like this all day!] Can you please tell me what is wrong?

We have performed a port reset to your connection, therefore could you please connect the modem directly to the wall socket and retest the speed.

If you still experiencing slow speeds, please conduct couple of speed tests via' www.exetel.com.au/speed' and drop an email to 'residentialsupport@exetel.com.au' for further investigations.
