lost sync 2 hours ago

Hi guys, our modem lost sync since 2 hours ago. I have tried power cycle, rebooting the modem, changing between pppoa and pppoe but still no luck. Can someone have a look for us please? Cheers

I have run a line test but i cannot see any issues on it therefore I have done a reset to your connection. Would you please be able to power-cycle the modem and re-check the service. :)

Thanks udara!

I am power cycling the modem now.

I can see a successful ntp request in my modem log at around the time you reset the port for us, but LCP
went down again soon after.

Hopefully port reset will resolve my issue.
