Very slow speeds at night

Hi,

we live very, very close to the exchange (almost across the road in fact).

At night we get very poor speeds (anything from 50 kb/s to 200 Kb/s, on rare times we might get 300 Kb/s) while in the morning (6 am) we get great speeds (this mornings tes : Your current bandwidth reading is: 17.11 Mbps which means you can download at 2.14 MB/sec. from our servers. ).


Honestly, I understand that more people use the service at night... but the speeds we are getting are really pathetic ....

Yes, there are many issues that can cause bandwidth problems but this one is pretty cut and dry... it's too many users on your local exchange being connected...

What can be done ?
Can the exchange be upgraded

I have filled out a ticket but would appreciate a reply here so I know what options are available to me.

This is crazy, I have similar issues.

I logged a case and I got a time frame of December 2013 and that my case is closed... How do I know it wont be forgotten and now I have 6 months worth of slow internet?

This is not a good service.
