buy additional usage not working

OK, so I've hit my cap, I have paid for additional usage 3 times now ( I know I just don't seem to learn ) and my internet hasn't been uncapped :( still going slow! So I paid 3 times for 3 GB and got nothing.

Can someone fix this for me please, I can't be bothered hanging on the phone for 45 minutes to speak to someone.
