slow speed

Hi there

Ok i have done all the stuff you need to do to prove it isn't my fault that my speed is slow. Isolation test, reset my modem (4 times). I also changed both telephone and Ethernet cables and still my modem speed is 15826 and 1019. I have seen it run much faster than this on many occasions.

So any further help or advice would be most welcome.

When you have a line as fast as that all sorts of little blips can happen and be noticed, even radio interference. Your line is also faster than many servers are prepared to transmit to you.
