Waiting a month for new ADSL connection. No updates!

Hi,

I've signed up to Exetel on behalf of a close friend on Dec 26th, last year. It's been a month, and I haven't had a single word from Exetel on the progress. Further more, my emails have been ignored. Can someone please look at ticket #8719545 which I emailed provisioning@exetel.com.au last week. I would really appreciate some kind of update.
