When I say router, it's a Linux box doing the PPPoE, so I do get a fair bit of feedback about what it's doing. I'm replacing it with a Cisco router soon (hopefully this weekend), so I'm not going to bother diagnosing my problem at this stage.

I was mentioning it in case it's what others are also seeing.
A few changes have been made to optimize the network. Please monitor the service and let us know if the issue persists.

There were some changes applied on our end as well. See how it goes during weekend. I hope the dropouts issue may have got fixed with the changes applied on our end.

Since 1630 I have had 25 dropouts pretty much making the internet useless all night

Not sure what else to type

They say there is an outage in Exetel somewhere but there is no update on the forum

So I've had a solid connection since the 26/3

Any word on what changed?
As it appears to be much better

Glad to hear it's stable now :)
Looking at the service notes nothing has been changed within network infrastructure.

Today we cannot see until now any radius drops from our server. Therefore power reboot the router and monitor the service. Let us know if the issue persists.
