Wollongong Outage - 8:53am

Experiencing a dropout of connection starting 8:53am (router does not observe DST timestamps).
Looks like the connection was dropped and no server is currently available to process authentication requests.
Any ideas?
My system is in constant isolation. No use for land line phone here, so modem is direct plugged into the main wall socket.

Connection appears to be back up now. Hopefully stable
