Dear Exetel

Please note that I've just found an email in 'Junk' and have responded, confirming the service upgrade to a higher profile.
I've also requested that Exetel investigate the lines & exchange, as the problem is outside my home.

Further to my emails on 14Mar15 & 25Mar15 to which I've received no response, please acknowledge receipt and advise when the technician will be carrying out the check(s).

Below are two Speedtest results from last night and tonight - stable & no droputs but very slow and in my view, unacceptable.

Your prompt attention to this issue would be appreciated.

Dear Exetel

I have sent another email this morning with very slow speedtest results and the fact that the phone line has very loud static and is unusable. We did have light rain last night.
I also had a dropout this morning and had to reboot the modem.

Please check & respond.

As per the conversation you had with my colleague, this has been escalated with our wholesale supplier for further investigation.

We will get back to you as soon as we have an update on this.

Hi

Confirming Telstra technician called today.
Connections in the junction box in our street were OK however he found moisture & corroded joints in two other local JB's.

So hopefully all will be good from hereon in.
