I lodged a ticket on Sunday 8/3/15 13:03 on behalf of a colleague regarding changing from a Telstra ADSL1-R-20 plan to a Telstra ADSL2 plan
It would be appreciated if someone could respond to this ticket ASAP, so that we can arrange a plan change.
Please note - we can only see Optus plans in the user facilities, BUT Wentworth Falls exchange only has Telstra infrastructure

Unfortunately the "Telstra plans" available in the user facilities don't suite my colleague. All he wants is the 100GB (could even be less) plan for $39.99.
He definitely does not want any other changes. He doesn't want to move line rental from his existing carrier or want ExeChat.
So is Exetel able to fore fill his wish to move from ADSL1 to ADSL2 without any of the “bells & whistles”?

I had to go to a Exetel Phone plan just to get my service Quota just upgraded
Since the home phone is now not part of the combined mobile and home bill I cant claim the bill through work and so am down $20 a months thanks to this crazy policy

Nope
I can only claim $50 of my internet service
But an unlimited amount on mobile and since the home line was combined it was okay, a gray area but okay
Now being separate its not possible
