and the first two tests netflix was running, got worse when i turned it off.

I can tell you what the problem is, because the gov is keeping metadata to stop piracy people are using legit content like netflix and Exetel was caught with their pants down and didn't think they would need more bandwidth to cope with it....

I will look at the email in the morning and jump through your hoops but because no one will be using the net then it will be fine....

Please run through the tests and send us the results when the speed is slow so we could get this looked into further.
