I'm experiencing similar issues on the NSW Central Coast.

The one time the speed test that completed I showed download speed of .09.

The other 4 times it either failed on ping test, or timed out on the download.

The Speed test web page even failed to load on some attempts to refresh the page.

Hi,

We have performed a port rest to the connection. Therefore could you please restart the modem and conduct few speed tests and check whether there is an improvement.

If there is no improvement, please send the speed test results to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au so that we could further look in to it.
To Log a fault ticket, please click click here or alternatively call Exetel VOIP numbers (02) 8030 1000 or 1300 788 141 (log faults 24x7)
