telstra and exetel. WHAT IS GOING ON!

Last few weeks the connection has been CRAP! Super huge PINGS with SLOW as downloads and drop outs. Exetel your not keeping to your contract for supplying my service. What are we paying for? I'll be chasing reimbursement soon!
