For the 3rd day in a row now i have experienced extremely low speeds 0.5 - 1.2mbs usually between 7-11.
This is unacceptable and useable. I was patient and called customer support and the technical team and was told this is with our engineers. However this is now been going on to long and i cannot even use my internet. The post code is 4035. My router is receiving a down of 12000 and up of 1000. How can this be that is translating to no even 1?
