Speed also Halved since 18th Dec

Reference Helpdesk Number: ZHH-16952-43

Since 18th December, speeds have varied from 190BYTES when connected to 1022k.

My max download speed have gone from 380k/sec to 160k/sec.

I've logged a helpdesk ticket and received no response since 21st.

My connection speed is now 1022k when modem is cycled.

Previously tweaking my SNR settings numbed this up to 3500k

Max I can get now is 2500k with SNR settings.

Please help...
