Internet extremely slow in Gosnells

Post by Gingerdang » Mon Sep 26, 2016 5:20 pm

My internet is barely working at the moment, websites take minutes to load or crash. It was OK last night, is their a problem in this suburb at the moment ? Can a port reset be done as this has helped in the past.

There is an ongoing network outage in western australia services. Kindly refer https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.p ... 17#p318917 for further updates.

In Coolbellup i'm getting approx 10% packet loss between my router and the first external traceroute point, 204.1.96.58.static.exetel.com.au.
This problem started some time on the 26th.

Is this the "Unplanned ADSL and Fibre Outage - Connectivity Issues - WA" outage, or should i look elsewhere?

I have checked your service type and it is affected with above mentioned ongoing outage https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.p ... 30#p318930 . Monitor the service after the outage resolved and let us know if the issue persists.
