slow speeds again

I'm getting really annoyed - it seems I need to log a call about once every few weeks as I either have no connection or slow speed.
I'm getting around 0.3Mbps download speed this morning and I am trying to work from home using Citrix - it sucks!
Can someone pls get in touch asap. I've tried calling tech support but they're closed.

Support department is available from 8.30am to 11pm. I will check the service and update you.
