No ADSL sync or dial tone

Hi,

At some point on Monday 13/3 my phone line stopped working - I am no longer getting ADSL sync or even a dial tone. I submitted a ticket to the help desk two days ago but have yet to get any response. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Cam,

Could you please reply here with the Ticket Ref no you have received or PM me the relevant telephone service number. I will check on that and update you then.
