ADSL Service Terrible

Since the contractors have been working on the NBN in our area a few months ago, our ADSL2 has been absolutely terrible peaking at 5Mbs when we previously had a regular 20Mbs. Low rate is well below 1Mbs. Bloody terrible! We've done all the tests we can, line noise seems good, even bought a new modem. Between the lockouts and failures and now this.

Can you guys fire a rocket up Telstra please.

I've tested your line and your service is currently syncing at 20Mbps The latest speed test result we see is from 2017-03-06, in order for us to better diagnose your transer speed issue, and to log a fault to the supplier, can you please run two speed test on our server http://speedtest.exetel.com.au/ one during the Morning hours and another one during night hours. Once you have run the tests please let me know via email to shoner@exetel.com.au. Make sure you run the tests with the modem connected directly to the first main wall socket without the line filter/splitter using a standard telephone cable no longer than 2 meters and an ethernet cable connected between the laptop/pc and the modem. Please turn off your wi-fi during the tests.
