No Internet Service

Hi, I've had no internet service for 36 hours now. Have brand new router, Telstra phone line all ok, tried all the obvious stuff, resetting etc. Have called Exetel four times but have been no help. Are there outages, I'm in Western NSW. Thanks

PM me your service number or any available ticket number with regards to the calls that you have made and i will check on this in detail before updating you.
