Very slow speed - New Farm QLD

Hi there,
I have been using your service since 3 years ago without any problems.
Since last night I have some issues...internet speed is very slow that I cannot even send an email.
I restart my modem and computers and I don't use any splitter or phone.
Could you please check it out.

Welcome to the Exetel Forums :) . Our technical support department will have a look in to this. Could you please drop an email to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au in attached with speed tests performed through http://speedtest.exetel.com.au/ ? It is best if you can perform few tests during morning, afternoon and evening times in order check if this is a time specified issue or not.

Thank you for your message. I couldn't run the Exetel speed test (COULD NOT CONNECT). I sent an email without Exetel test.
