Exceedingly slow ADSL2+ Connection

First of all, many thanks for the assistance with my connection failure over the weeknd, but now there's the speed issue...I haven't been able to clock any faster than 1.3Mbps Down and barely register anything upstream

Shehan, many thanks just tested and speeds are back to normal approx 10mbps/1mbps which is fairly standard considering my distance from the exchange, again you guys come through!
