Sorry for bothering you again, but facing service outage again.
No ADSL, no dial tone.
The same issue was recently (7/09) but after heavy rain.
This time no any nature disaster was observed

Today morning at 8:00am everything was working fine.
Was away till 14:00 and when came back discovered the outage.
How can I raise the ticket to check the service?
