ADSL Woeful and no Phone line

Phone line has been down since Sunday, just static on the line.

ADSL speed is woeful. I put in a service request, got a reply 24 hours later they could see the link was up and that was it. I replied with the line speed and the fact that the phone line was still not working and I've heard nothing since.

This is my line speed...I can't even do the Exetel speed test.

How can I get an escalation?

Line specifications seems to be not within the acceptable range and considering the issues with the PSTN connection, we need to escalate this as a telephone issue. I have found an open ticket reference 13657528 under the service and we will provide you a feedback through the same email thread.
