ADSL outage or Authentication Server issue in NSW (2127)?

Hi there,

Is there an issue with ADSL or authentication atm? At 18:38 on 14/01/2019 my ADSL connection was lost and any attempt by my modem to authenticate fails. ADSL link light is on & solid.

Currently we have only viewtopic.php?p=324891#p324891 for a NSW outage. If the service still not working, PM me your 10 digit service number and we will check according to the service type.

The issue resolved at 1:55 am. Curious to know what caused this 7.5 hour outage?

Unfortunately I have not received any PM in my inbox and we were not informed of any NSW outages, other than which is still ongoing. Good to hear the service back working and therefore, monitor it further and contact Exetel technical support department if the service not working again.
