Can't get into Webmail

It is a while since I used webmail, and when I tried to login I wasn't allowed. I used the username I thought was right and the password stored in my computer.

Just a quick check please. Is the webmail username the same as for Members Facility, and is the password the same? If not, I have no idea what my username was, so how do I reset please?

Webmail user name is your complete exemail email address.

If you can't remember your email address password you need to reset your password for a new password. In order to change the password please follow the following steps.

1. http://exetel.com.au/my_exetel

2. Type customer login username and password and log in to members facilities. (The username and password of the members facilities which exetel has been provided to you)

3. From the Panel on top in green color, move your mouse cursor on top of 'Premium VAS' and select Email

4. From there under exact exemail account click on edit password and put a new password and click save, so that will be your new password for the email.
