DSL Disconnected

Hello,

Two days ago, I have received an email that my ADSl service is ready and active. However, when I connect my own modem to the cable the adsl light remains off. I tried different configs using username and pass sent to me via email, but in all times the status is "DSL disconnected". I read similar topics here but I couldn't find any answer that helps me. I tried both ADSL modem router mode and Wireless Router Mode.
I appreciate if anyone can help me.
My modem is TP Link TD W8968.
My account ID is 417464.
My service number is 0731613051.

I replied that email. There is no connection even using a phone.
