My refereed customer is having enormous trouble turning on caller id for their recently activated ADSL phone service.
The exetel wiki doesnt seem to provide correct details. They have called in to 13 39 38 and been bounced back and forth between provisioning and tech support.
When receiving calls on their landline phone, they are not seeing the caller id. The handset supports caller id and worked at their previous house.

There's a fee on the PSTN line. Has the user been to the user facilities?

Rental is $6.50 for the CLI feature in Telstra PSTN lines.
