Wrong location

Post by Mick.G » Sat Apr 27, 2019 9:12 am

Firstly Hello.
My problem i am having is that my modem believes i am in surrey hills NSW , when i am based in Wynnum ,QLD.
The issues i keep getting are security issues logging into most of my accounts (steam , cubebrush, and most of my VFX sites i visit).
I am running windows 10 Pro , have set the time and location for Brisbane in both win 10 and Router.
Any Fix for this will be greatly appreciated. :|

I am now having trouble with the speed of the internet. Can not even run Speednet as it fails to open with a latency error , Plus it is taking up to 4 minutes just for my web browser to load. It is at a pathetic speed.

I have referred the ticket id 15024454. The day (25th May) we have confirmed to you, we did call you and you were not reachable. We have sent an email too by informing this.
However, we have received your speed test results and I will get an engineer to work on this and provide you the feedback accordingly.
