I am asking u here because there is no ETA to response on ticket, i want to impress upon a point that people do work for other customers or for company using VPN to dial in. Today i blew my telstra mobile data because you could not give me response or coutesy to reply to my tickets.
If i had know this is what gonna be i would have gone to customer site and worked from there!
ATLEAST you can do is to reply to tickets, ack it atleast...
