Massive Slowness in Prahan/South Yarra - Albion Street

Hey there,
since a few weeks now, the Internet Speed in Albion Street, 3141 South Yarra has dropped from a 11 - 15 mbit to 1 - 3 mbits. This makes it almost unusable since I need download resources for my work. It seems that this happened once the NBN works commenced in the street. Is there any ETA or explanation for the slowness? And when are we able to switch to NBN?

We manage to get your connection speed bit increased but it is still not in the range that ,you used to get. Therefore, one of our engineers will be in touch with you asap to discuss the service issue further.
