Hi, during the recent rain I have noticed a steady deterioration of my home internet, and it has now fallen to under 900kbps downstream and has shown to disconnect here and there.
i usually get a blistering 4500kbps downstream.
can you please assist with having the pit/connection assessed?
this happens every time it rains very heavily (Albeit not often lately)

We have received the emails and thank you for that. We need few more troubleshooting steps completed with terms and conditions, based on the noise issue and therefore, reply to the same email thread accordingly.

Hi, its now thursday. any reason why it is taking so long to have the telstra tech sent out or even a response? last comms was on monday and an echo of the same questions asked sunday
it is clearly an issue and i will end up having no usable internet over the weekend.
this is not the same experience i used to get from you on such an issue.
