Huge packet loss leading to no internet

In 3194 I see a huge packet loss leading to no internet connection. Started this morning. Phone support says that there is an issue across Victoria, but nothing is reported in the forum...

We had this viewtopic.php?f=296&t=45539 from the moment it has been confirmed by our wholesale supplier. Outage has been resolved now and we apologies for the inconvenience may have caused.
